I am sharing this chapter from the Google Apps for Education training page. I recommend reading it over it. It does a great job of explaining the basics of Drive.
This is very informative. I wish we had received something like this a year ago when we updated to Drive and we all just stumbled around to figure it out.
I realize this is an old comment but I still wanted to let you know that I am sorry I had not provide this link earlier. I am going to add some information about Chromebooks soon that hopefully will be help the staff as they begin use them this year.
